Other driver's insurance company called several times....still won't pay for the accident.?

I don't think you have to come up with the deductible to contact your insurance company. While you certainly don't what to have the claim on your account, there's nothing wrong with asking for their istance. Talk with your agent. They may be able to intercede with the other company and get them cooperating. This happened to my parents and their company was very helpful in getting the situation resolved.
