Temperature- physics question?

On a cold day with a shade temperature of 45 degrees, an aluminum carabiner and a glove are on the ground together, is their surface teperature exacky tge same and one feels colder just because I is a far better conductor, drawing the heat from your hand thousands of tines faster than the glove? uming they have both been exposed to 45 degree air for say one hour.
