If you can spend as much money as you want then hire a decorating artist and they will paint the universe for you. It will cost you between $50 and $80 per hour so with all of the dark colors expect to spend close to $2000 or more. You can also have them make a sample to see if you like it,but once they start the art you can't change your mind.
