How do you fix a xbox 360 with one red ring and a E74 message?

Your x clamps are messed up, But when i had the red ring some one fix mines with pennies, I rather go get it fix instead of doing it yourself. Go look on youtube penny trick to fixing xbox 360. Because the guy that fix mines he used pennies and now it is working perfectly fine.
