No I do not think it is worth reporting to the Police, I am sorry all your hard work, time & money has been ruined by some mindless idiot ! let's hope when they have matured and start to take pride in their surroundings somebody returns the 'favour' then hopefully they will remember the damage they caused respect the hard work you put into your garden
