What info is in the Guitar Hero 2 Official Strategy guide?

I'm not sure what's in the strategy guide... there's probably nothing you'd want, except maybe the charts for each song. As for the hammer-ons and pull-offs, do the tutorial! It will teach you exactly how to do it.
