Is Scott Pioli going to KC THAT big of a deal?

Honestly I dont konw why nobody gives any attention to GMs around the NFL. They are the ones in charge of coaching, player personnel and a lot of other things. That being said, yes, I think that Pioli is a great addition to the Chiefs this up coming year. I mean look at what he did with the Pats! I am not biased because I am a San Diego Fan For Life!!
