Has anyone noticed that Bill O`riley seems to be quite jealous of Glen Beck`s ascending popularity,seems petty?

I'm glad Glenn Beck is getting more popular but (sorry if this is stupid), who is Bill O'riley? I don't watch TV, only get the news from the activists through snail mail. Thanks.
